We help organisations to implement progressive and inclusive business outcomes and 'moments that matter'. We do this by showing how working practices have the potential to include and enable or exclude and discriminate. And we create immersive coaching and learning experiences to support EDI culture change that sticks.
We're committed to sharing affordable, bespoke best practice guidance on EDI with any organisation big or small, that has a genuine commitment to embedding a diverse and inclusive culture. Although our Head Office is in the North West of England (long gone are those London-centric EDI services and events) we work face-to-face and virtually with clients across the globe.
We think our approach to EDI culture change, delivers practical ‘real world’ solutions, grounded in lived experience. And we believe that our growing client list of charities, heritage and arts organisations, higher education, local government authorities, utilities and the NHS is testament to our success.
Our team of consultants have over 30 years' experience of cultural and organisational transformation gained in global private sector organisations, across public sector and third sector organisations. Most of us have lived experience of at least one protected characteristic.
