We will begin by discussing your organisation's current EDI needs and what you want to get out of this service. The EDI Support Team will then work with you to create a collaborative plan identifying any barriers and recommended solutions.
Working as your constructive critical friend, we will help you to deal with your key priorities for improvement all while being ready to signpost you to additional resources to help you to develop good practice in EDI.
For the duration of your contract, we will provide email, telephone or Zoom support on general EDI enquires up to your agreed allocation of monthly queries.
