EDI Support Service

At EMBED we're passionate about helping organisations to embed and maintain their commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and our EDI Support Service can support your organisation through every step of your EDI journey.


Whether you need assistance in implementing the recommendations from one of our EDI Reviews or Access Audits or you need day to day guidance on EDI related HR queries - we can help. 

  

From recruitment to retention, we work with our clients to embed good EDI practice into the core of the organisation and keep it there. This makes your business an inclusive organisation that celebrates individual difference and welcomes diversity in leadership, staff and customers. 


The EDI Support Service uses our expertise from our accredited HR Lead with extended support from our team of diverse consultants who have personal experience relating to issues including: Disability, Neurodiversity, Race, LGBTQ+ and Mental Health.


Some of the areas we can support you in include:


  • Advice on general EDI queries 
  • Reviewing EDI policies: such as workplace adjustments, flexible working, recruitment policies 
  • Inclusive recruitment advice 
  • Identifying current bias in practice and recruitment 
  • Understanding key EDI roles and responsibilities


Our general EDI Support Service offers ongoing email or phone advice on a set number of queries per month. Typical packages offer:


  • 20 queries per month
  • 40 queries per month 
  • 50 queries per month

Expert Insight

We will begin by discussing your organisation's current EDI needs and what you want to get out of this service. The EDI Support Team will then work with you to create a collaborative plan identifying any barriers and recommended solutions.

Practical Solutions

Working as your constructive critical friend, we will help you to deal with your key priorities for improvement all while being ready to signpost you to additional resources to help you to develop good practice in EDI.

Ongoing Support

For the duration of your contract, we will provide email, telephone or Zoom support on general EDI enquires up to your agreed allocation of monthly queries.
