Lived experience reviews

Globally society is becoming increasingly diverse and organisations across all sectors need to make a conscious effort to enable individuals and communities from different backgrounds to thrive together. It means creating the conditions for people to get used to each other, understand each other, appreciate shared values and build their confidence in being together.


Our lived experience reviews give you insight into how your employees, customers, visitors and stakeholders experience your commitment to EDI.


The Detail

Interviews, focus groups and surveys

Listening to the people within your organisation is the best barometer for assessing where you are on your diversity and inclusion journey.  We will use a combination of interviews, focus groups and surveys to help us understand: 


  • Levels of awareness of your current EDI policies and practices
  • If people believe the right policies and practices are in place
  • How engaged, respected and valued your employees feel
  • Whether the environment is an inclusive and accessible one
  • Whether people are proud to work for your organisation

The report

Once the workstreams have been completed, we will analyse all the data and produce a playback report that you can feed in to your strategic plans. The report content will include:


Interviews and surveys


  • Playback of what was heard and a selection of anonymous quotes 
  • Examples of good practice and opportunities to replicate lessons learned where appropriate 
  • Priority Actions – the key actions to address within the next month, 3 and 6 months and other areas of improvement.
